- Flour 1 BKS hunkwe
- 600 ml of water
- 100 ml of water pandanus Suji
- 1 / 2 teaspoon salt
- 500 gr brown sugar, sliced
- 700 ml of water
- ice cubes
- 1000 ml coconut milk
- 1 / 2 teaspoon salt
- 2 lbr daun pandan
- Hunkwe Mix flour, water Suji pandan leaves, and salt and stir until the flour dissolves hunkwe.
- Cook the flour mixture, stirring constantly until the dough lumps and mature.
- Set in a basin of boiled water and mold cendol. Pour a little batter cendol, tap-tap until cendol out into the basin. Do it until the dough out.
- Boil sugar and water until sugar dissolves, remove and strain. Set aside.
- Boil the coconut milk, salt, and pandan leaves over low heat, stirring constantly until boiling. Remove and chill.
- Pour the sugar syrup in a glass to taste, give cendol, coconut milk, and ice cubes and serve.
